I LOVE this canister! I have looked for a long time for a set of glass canisters that don't have much decoration on them. This canister fits a whole bag of sugar. It also has a wide mouth which makes it easy for getting larger measuring cups into. It looks great with other sized canisters (i.e. the 1-gal canister that holds a 5-lb bag of flour).
My mother has had this set of three glass storage jars for probably 25 years. A gift from one of her sons. A few years ago one of the lids was dropped, broken, and glued back together. Looked pretty bad. I hopped on Amazon looking for a replacement jar and was amazed to see these jars that are exactly the same as my mother's old jars. Now she has her set of three jars with a perfect replacement.
